The name says it all. Sunlite's Utili-T Waterproof Rear Pannier is made to carry everything! It easily mounts to your rear rack, and the roll-top folds over and buckles closed. There is a thick PVC backing so your gear stays where it's supposed to, and it's made from tough nylon fabric for excellent durability. Other features in this light pannier include reflective trim and welded seams. Panniers sold individually.
